billing office in person to complete necessary paperwork.
b. Bring a valid picture ID,
preferably your valid driver's license.
c. Deposit: Purchasing
your home = $75, Renting a home = $125 (Rent to purchase = $125).
d. Please
be prepared to give the utility
billing office two (2) personal
references, including their telephone
number and address.
e. Please
be prepared to show the utility
billing office your lease/rental
agreement or proof of ownership.
