Juli Matthews currently servesas the stormwater manager / floodplain coordinator, which is a division of the engineering department for the City of Miami. Her position includes developing and implementing the new stormwater program, and continuing the floodplain program.

Juli started working for the City of Miami in November, 1997. Juli has a Bachelors degree in Physiology from Oklahoma State University. She has experience in quality assurance/quality control and the health, safety, and environmental field. She has served in the utility department for 8 years as assistant superintendent.
