David has been with the City of Miami since June 1981.

He has a Bachelor degree in Business and holds ODEQ certifications in class B wastewater, class C water, and class B laboratory.

Lisa serves as the administrative assistant to the City engineer/utility superintendent. She began working for the City of Miami in July 2002 as assistant bookkeeper for the utility billing office.

Lisa graduated from Joplin, Missouri and attended Missouri Southern State College. She is skilled in finance/bookkeeping and banking. She holds an ODEQ Certification in Class D Water and Wastewater.

She is responsible for issuing all building permits, assigning inspections to construction code administrators, issuing contractor licenses and handling various projects with contractors as well as residents. She is also responsible for preparing the agenda and recording the minutes for the Board of Public Utilities.

Lisa is married to Jim and has one son, Jimmy.

Alicia has been with the city since April 2004. A nationally certified heavy equipment operator, Alicia started in the street department as a class II operator. In July of 2008 she transferred to the electric department. While there, she obtained a class D water/waste water license. In November of 2008 she was given the opportunity to transfer to the code enforcement department.  In December 2008 she obtained her rating as an asbestos inspector.
She has been a resident of Northeast Oklahoma all her life. 

Main areas of concern include:  

• Mowing of property 
• Trash and debris 
• Securing of abandoned buildings 
• Removal/remodel of dilapidated structures 
• Removal/storage of abandoned vehicles

Procedures for addressing violations include:

• Abatement letter issued, giving a compliance deadline. 
• Failure to comply will result in a City cleanup followed by a lien against the property, or the issuance of a citation to appear in the City's municipal court.
