Department Emergency Management |
Gary J. Brooks currently holds the position of Emergency Management/ Code Enforcement Director for our City. He was appointed on September 13, 2004. He retired after a thirty-one year career in law enforcement with the Huntington Beach Police Department in California. He moved with his wife, Shireen, and daughter, Megan, to Miami in October of 2000. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in management from the University of Redlands, California. He has three daughters, Melynda, Dana, and Jennifer living in southern California along with his four grand children. |
